Our cluster at Khushal Ganj, in the outskirts of Lucknow is a thriving hub of Chikankari. At Inara Home, we are proud to say that 60% of our grassroot workforce are women, and they play a crucial role in the sustainable growth of Inara. We believe economic empowerment of women is key to the growth and health of a society- money put into the hands of women are spent on education, health and overall well being of the family. Our women artisans work from the comfort and safety of their homes balancing work with the family responsibilities.
