- All prices of the merchandise are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable domestic delivery charges. Overseas delivery charges will be as applicable.
- Please note that the Terms and Conditions and prices are subject to change without notice. Inara Home Pvt Ltd requires the entire price to be paid in advance.
- The description of the merchandise on the Website may vary from the actual service provided.
- For credit card or debit card payments, the user will be directed to the payment gateway of PayU on the website of www.payu.in
- The user will be requested to furnish its personal and payment details including true and complete name, billing address, credit card/debit card number and bank details in the required fields on the PayU Website. Please note that Inara Home Pvt Ltd does not undertake any responsibility for the information furnished by the user on the PayU Website and the user will be subject to separate terms and conditions on the PayU Website with respect to the payment.
- Once payment has been processed to PayU, the order request will be placed with Inara Home Pvt Ltd. All orders for which payment has been made are subject to approval by Inara Home Pvt Ltd. Once orders are confirmed by the user, such orders cannot be cancelled and there will be no refund of money.
- The user acknowledges and agrees that Inara Home Pvt Ltd will process the order only after realisation of payment.
- All complaints regarding the processing of payment should be directed to PayU.
- It could take up to 15 days for processing the delivery of the merchandise. Inara Home Pvt Ltd shall make reasonable efforts to fulfil the user order upon realisation of payment, it is understood and agreed by the user that due to technical or any other reasons, it may not be possible for Inara Home Pvt Ltd to fulfil the user order even after receipt of the payment. Inara Home Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any additional loss or damage arising out of such a delay and shall only be responsible for refund of the payment made by the user if the ordered merchandise is not available.
- Orders once placed will not be cancelled or transferred. Once the user makes the payment on the Website, no refund/cancellation will be made.

19. RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We at Inara Home Pvt Ltd ensure that you have seamless shopping experience on our online store. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Most of our products are handmade, vintage or distressed and hence slight imperfections are a part of the design and add to the character. Please satisfy yourself before purchasing any product about its finish and quality. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Return will be accepted only if you have received a damaged product or if there is any manufacturing defect. Kindly provide a video proof for the package opening for claiming the same. You can return your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
For cancellations, before dispatch of orders, that is within 2 days of placing the order please reach out to us at info@theinarahome.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
GENERAL
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email at info@theinarahome.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered, defective or damaged item.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@theinarahome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your name, order details, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return. Upon receipt of your request, we will review your order and provide further instructions for return processing.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that returned products will incur shipping charges as per the delivery partner's terms.
No refunds will be issued if:
Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

20. SHIPPING & PAYMENT
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and the products are delivered within 8-10 business days. Upon the completion of order placement, You will receive an email on order confirmation. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Shipping and handling is free. For express shipping, charges are applied as per rates provided by the shipping partner. For overseas shipping, please mail to info@theinarahome.com.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from Delhi NCR. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Once your product is shipped we will share you the tracking details, you can track your product delivery through our delivery partner website.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
