Most of our products are handmade, vintage or distressed and hence slight imperfections are a part of the design and add to the character. Please satisfy yourself before purchasing any product about its finish and quality. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Return will be accepted only if you have received a damaged product or if there is any manufacturing defect. Kindly provide a video proof for the package opening for claiming the same. You can return your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
For cancellations, before dispatch of orders, that is within 2 days of placing the order please reach out to us at info@theinarahome.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and the products are delivered within 8-10 business days. Upon the completion of order placement, You will receive an email on order confirmation. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Domestic Shipping and handling is free. For express shipping, charges are applied as per rates provided by the shipping partner. For overseas shipping, please mail to info@theinarahome.com.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from Delhi NCR. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Once your product is shipped we will share you the tracking details, you can track your product delivery through our delivery partner website.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
